This morning. A normal day ahead. Nothing special. How extraordinary!

You dream you are in prison;then wake up relieved you are not.Don’t be relieved.Dreams are real.Find invisible prisons in your waking life.

Make Being, not doing your defining orientation. Its vast stillness is charged with presence, and presence is the spiritual core of love.

People are used to looking for reality in their thinking instead of where it really is, the moment-by-moment flow of energy.

Practice is the intensity of consistent vigilance combined with wholehearted vulnerability.

Nobody is above the law – the law of arising and passing.

Meditation, mindfulness, Yoga – all in pursuit of happiness. How foolish can you be?

Life is inherently unstable, so is our organism. Peace cannot be found in search for stability; peace is resilience in light of instability.

The challenge is not our wonderful gift for storytelling, but how we allow consciousness to be locked up in the storytelling prison.

The storytelling prison is a rigid+ruminative state of mind that excludes what cannot be known conceptually. The body is the way to freedom.

Thoughts make the unreal seem substantial, the unknown seem known, uncertainty seem certain and impermanence seem permanent.

I suggest you limit the speed by which you move through life to two: Slow and stop.

It is usually the case that in matters of awakening&spirituality everything has already been said, but little to nothing has yet been lived.

Without psychotherapists and meditation teachers we would never know how unhappy we are.

Life is an ocean of emptiness, moved unpredictably by the changing weather of interconnected conditions.

As soon as you begin, there can be no end in sight. Only when you are idle does death appear on your doorstep.

For us humans one of the deepest mysteries is to realize that we are a passing moment of the universe’s selfawareness. The rest is emptiness.

Can you imagine waking up, leaving your body in bed & only taking your mind to work? I can’t, yet see it happening all the time.

The imagined life we regret not having lived gives us clues to our yet to be fulfilled potential.

For 3-5 minutes every 2 hours go to the ground with your whole body, rolling, stretching, bending and celebrating the earth.

Life begins to breathe when you stretch time by creating space between your thoughts & pauses between your actions.

Our capacity for self-deception is limitless. To not suffer requires finding peace with suffering.

When you begin to question your life’s meaning, chances are you are cut off from your body. Reconnect!

Dont struggle meditating think of it as having a cup of tea with yourself!

Deliberately creating an awareness gap between your impulses and actions is an act of immense personal and sociopolitical importance.

When things unfold naturally and smoothly you can rest in the assumption that they are meant to be.

Strength comes from finding refuge in your vulnerability.

Our problems are easy to solve. What is difficult to deal with and takes years to undo are the solutions to our problems we come up with.

Words well spoken can soften the rigid body, open the anxious heart, clarify the murky mind, soothe tumult in relations and illuminate the elusive spirit.

Make Being, not doing your defining orientation. Its vast stillness is charged with presence, the spiritual core of love.

You dream you are in prison; then wake up relieved you are not. Don’t be relieved. Dreams are real. Find invisible prisons in your waking life.

Nothing to say. Mind blank, body restless, what’s wrong? Until mind turns to mind. Then: Nothing to say. Mind blank, body calm. How right!

Put your body in your body. Don’t leave it in your mind.

When you leave the house in the morning, look your loved ones deeply in the eyes, and quietly remember that you might never see them again.

Going about your day, never forget to take the little bird of death with you. Resting on your shoulders, it protects you from unconsciousness.

When we learn to use our mind to rewire the brain, we gradually evolve from reptiles to lower mammals to humans.

Being means taking off your clothes and opening up your heart.

When meditation comes easy, life comes easy. When life comes easy, meditation comes easy. Take both easy, but with ferocious determination.

Rest in awareness; not only with your mind, but also with your body. The numinous radiates when body and mind become the light of awareness.

When you find emptiness, you discover that it was all along the essence of what is real.

Let go of this stubborn illusion of solidity and certainty. All you can really see is energy moving with different degrees of probability.

Because all you can see is energy moving with different degrees of probability, nouns are deceptive; verbs are more likely to tell the truth.

I have lost my fondness for direction, of both the given and the taken kind. Instead, I have come to cherish my corner of timeless everywhere.

Regrets are today’s opportunities.

When in the morning you feel you cannot face the world, it is YOUR internally created world that prevents you from meeting the world.

One hopes the time will come in one’s life, where decisions, wishes, plans and memories are considered against the large canvas of eternity.

Nobody is above the law – the law of arising and passing.

Meditation, mindfulness, Yoga – all in pursuit of happiness. How foolish can you be?

Life is inherently unstable, so is our organism. Peace cannot be found in search for stability; peace is resilience in light of instability.

The storytelling prison is a rigid and ruminative state of mind that excludes what cannot be known conceptually. The body is the way to freedom.

The only place to find certainty is in the paradise of fantasy where nothing ever happens. Reality, where everything happens and uncertainty reigns supreme, is the purgatory that allows us to burn all fantasy down to the ground of peace.

Thoughts make the unreal seem substantial, the unknown seem known, uncertainty seem certain and impermanence seem permanent.

I suggest you limit the speeds by which you move through life to two: Slow and stop.

Practice is the intensity of consistent vigilance combined with wholehearted vulnerability.

Life is an ocean of emptiness, moved unpredictably by the changing weather of interconnected conditions.

All knowledge and wisdom worth its reputation takes time and dedication to acquire and evolve.
