Mindfulness and Art
Mindfulness-Based Treatment of Low Sexual Desire in Women
For the curious who has never been exposed to mindfulness and wishes to get a 3-hour taste of it.
A short 6-week introduction to mindfulness assisting students in learning to recognize their maladaptive habitual reactions to stress and support them in developing more appropriate conscious responses instead.
For the beginner who has completed the expanded MBSR program version and wishes a 6-hour review.
Expanded Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program for the beginner interested in a serious 12-week immersion into mindfulness practice.

The Mindful Self-Compassion program teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding.
After completing the MBSR-X, or if you have other prior mindfulness meditation experience, and wish an in-depth 1- to 3-year training to make mindfulness a way of life, this program is for you.
Some people are curious about taking the next step towards intensive mindfulness training or even just curious about how mindfulness training looks like on an advanced level. This offers an opportunity to drop in for a sneak peek.
