We are a mindfulness and mindsight training centre,
providing both context and programs for the exploration of the human mind.
Our goal is to inspire people to learn to live the mindful life
by sharing our experience in the internal education of the mind.
We contribute to others by teaching the body of principles and insights
that have arisen over many years of research, hard work, setbacks and advances
on the meandering path of meaningful lives.
