Expanded Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program for the beginner interested in a serious 12-week immersion into mindfulness practice.
Modified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program addressing the specific needs of patients with chronic conditions.
The Mindful Self-Compassion program teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care and understanding.
